To make an application for housing please provide the following information:

Social Security card, birth certificate, and income of each household member, three (3) personal references (name, mailing address and telephone number-not related to you by blood or marriage); landlord references (name, mailing address, and telephone number) that you have rented from in the past 10 years. All person(s) over the age of 18 will need to be present when placing the application. We have a Kiosk located inside the lobby at most of our out-of-town offices. This will allow you to print an application for housing, report household changes, and/or scan additional information that will be sent to us immediately.
