How to Apply (HCV)

Our waiting list for the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program is currently OPEN.

Interested individuals may obtain pre-application forms at the Housing Choice Voucher Program office located at 809 South Fourth Street, LaFollette, TN 37766. Applications will be taken Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.

Completed pre-applications must be returned to the HCV Program office by mail, fax, or submitted in person during normal business hours.
