The LaFollette Housing Authority accepts applications Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Anyone interested in making an application should come to the LHA Office at 802 South 4th Street, LaFollette, TN 37766.
You will need the following information when applying for Public Housing:

Present address and contact telephone number

Copy of Social Security card (s) for each family member

Copy of Birth Certificate (s) for each family member

Birth date and birth place for each family member

Verification of all income

Employer's name and complete mailing address

Name and complete mailing address of three (3) personal references

(references cannot related by blood or by marriage)

Name and complete mailing address of your three (3) previous landlord references

Name and complete mailing address of any credit references including your Utility Provider (include account number)
